Diane Locke is a Senior Partner with Ellis Locke & Associates, and an associate consultant with Robert Harris Resources Inc.
She is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of Leadership Development experience including executive coaching and assessment, training and development, and organizational design consulting.
The facilitation and coaching services Diane provides are customized to recognize the unique needs of the organizations and individuals she works with.
Prior to joining Ellis Associate, Diane founded People Strength; a company that is committed to helping organizations select and develop top performers.
Her client list includes a broad range of organizations in the public and private sectors.
Diane also created and led the Leadership Effectiveness Department at American Express, where she was responsible for leadership development, coaching, employee engagement, and internal communication.
In addition, she has worked as a Leadership Development Specialist at Scotiabank, and she has done associate work with several prominent human resource consulting firms.
Diane obtained her Masters Degree in Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and she holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
She is certified to administer and interpret several assessment instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Birkman and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Indicator.
Diane is a member of the faculty at Queen’s University and an invited speaker and facilitator at conferences.
